Acupuncture in York for 4 years then studying on for 1 further year of study and research. In 2012 started studying Chinese herbal medicine graduating in 2014 with post graduate Diploma from the University of Middlesex and Northern College York.

I have also trained with Dr Bisong Guo, training in Qi Gong since 1992 this also included study of different strand of Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture, Gua Sha detox therapy and Diet therapy.

Lyn has also been a lecturer at the Northern College of Acupuncture for 3 years.

My training really started when I got sick with what was then called ‘Yupi Flu’ now known as ME or Chronic fatigue. It was when I started looking for help with this that I finally found a Chinese Doctor who got me back to health. It was 10 months of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs but it got me back on my feet and back to work. My explorations into Tai Chi and Qi Gong training took me deeper into the energetic and healing arts. A level of understanding of these ancient ‘health arts’ can give an effective day to day system to manage personal energy, make the necessary changes to find the balance to find health, be more connected to the world around and to enjoy life. My own experience is that poor health has been the greatest teacher. I am profoundly grateful to the many Teachers before and since.
